The management consists of
- the management consists of the Vice-President responsible according to the distribution of responsibilities of the University management as spokesperson, and
- a professor of the University of Passau as deputy spokesperson, who the Vice-President appoints.
The management is responsible for all matters of the institution that are not reserved for decisions by other bodies. The Research Advisory Board (link follows), which is responsible for the scientific orientation of the institution and the decision on the distribution of resources within the Graduate Centre's funding programmes in accordance with the regulations in the respective guidelines, is also to be regarded as another body.
