Erklärung zum Datenschutz (Declaration on data protection)

Ich stimme der Verarbeitung meiner Daten durch die Universität Passau zur Bearbeitung meines Antrags auf den Habilitations-Fonds ausdrücklich zu. Rechtsgrundlage dieser Einwilligung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 lit. a DSGVO. Meine Daten werden ausschließlich zur Auswahl für eine Förderung aus dem Habilitations-Fonds verwendet und werden im Falle einer Ablehnung der Förderung sechs Monate nach Ende der Bewerbungsfrist gelöscht. Sollte meine Bewerbung erfolgreich sein, werden meine Daten sechs Monate nach Ende der Förderung gelöscht. Eine Übermittlung meiner Daten an die Finanzabteilung zur Einrichtung einer Kostenstelle gestatte ich. Bewilligungsbescheide und Abschlussberichte der erfolgreichen Bewerberinnen und Bewerber sowie eine Übersicht aller Bewerbungen eines Jahres werden vom Universitätsarchiv übernommen und dort in der Regel unbegrenzt aufbewahrt. Ich wurde ausdrücklich auf meine Rechte gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO (Auskunftsrecht), Art.16 DSGVO (Recht auf Berichtigung), Art. 17 DSGVO (Recht auf Löschung) und Art. 18 (Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung) hingewiesen. Des Weiteren kann ich diese Einwilligung jederzeit gegenüber der Universität Passau widerrufen. (I expressly consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau for the purpose of processing my application for the Habilitation Fund. The legal basis for this consent is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. My data will be used exclusively for selection for funding from the Habilitation Fund and will be deleted six months after the end of the application period in the event that funding is rejected. If my application is successful, my data will be deleted six months after the end of the funding. I permit the transfer of my data to the finance department for the establishment of a cost center. Grant notifications and final reports of successful applicants as well as an overview of all applications in one year will be taken over by the university archives, where they will be kept, as a rule, indefinitely. I was explicitly informed of my rights according to Art. 15 DSGVO (right to information), Art.16 DSGVO (right to rectification), Art. 17 DSGVO (right to erasure) and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). Furthermore, I can revoke this consent at any time vis-à-vis the University of Passau.)
