Course portfolio
The Graduate Centre's existing seminar programme has been supplemented by the new digital offering with a flexible and accessible format (German and English). Students can now choose freely between synchronous and asynchronous forms of learning (and combine them with each other).
The learning platform currently offers over 70 courses and is constantly being expanded and updated. The range naturally includes "bestsellers" such as Presentation Skills, Good Scientific Practice, Science Communication, Time Management and Leadership. However, new and recently increasingly popular subject areas such as agility, AI in academia, science communication and mental health can now also be learnt online.
The e-learning courses are offered in two formats: "Deep Dive" refers to courses with a learning duration of 2-3 hours. Here, a subject area is presented more broadly. "Nuggets", on the other hand, focus on the specific teaching of a technique or method. If you choose a nugget, you don't have to allow more than 20 minutes for learning.
